This free seating chart creator is a full drag-and-drop floor plan editor. Start from a template — wedding reception, banquet hall, classroom, restaurant, theater rows or a U-shape meeting — or build from scratch by adding round, rectangular, head, sweetheart and U-shaped tables. Drag guests from the roster straight onto any seat, swap two guests with a single drag, reposition and rotate tables anywhere on the canvas, and resize any table's seat count on the fly.

Import your guest list by pasting from Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV file — columns for name, group, side and meal are detected automatically. Set keep-together and keep-apart rules, then let auto-seat fill the remaining guests while respecting them. When you're done, download a high-resolution PNG floor plan, save a PDF, or print table cards with each table's guest list. A day-of "find my seat" search highlights any guest's table.
