Formatting supports 2, 3 or 4-space and tab indentation, optional alphabetical key sorting, and one-click minify. Validate against a chosen specification — RFC 8259, 7159, 4627, ECMA-404 or the tolerant JSON5 superset. Invalid JSON is reported with the exact line and column plus a caret under the offending character. The built-in Auto-fix repairs the most common mistakes — trailing commas, comments, single-quoted strings and unquoted keys — so lightly-broken JSON becomes valid.
